Wild Child Viognier

Symphony Hill Wines Wild Child Viognier is grown in the cool climate, high altitude Granite Belt region. Warm days and cool nights during ripening yield complex flavours.

The fruit is handpicked and wild yeast fermented in seasoned French oak. Several months of ageing follows in the winery's temperature controlled barrel hall, kept at 17°C during winter by a system of running gas heated hot water through the floor.

Deep straw, Symphony Hill Wines Wild Child Viognier's lush stone fruit flavours and texture are balanced by integrated acidity. Cellaring potential is two years.
